Our Sound Skills Clinic is a full day Paddle Canada registered course with a focus on building a strong technical flatwater skill set. We will spend the morning on a local lake honing our forward stroke, learning the various turns and board handling skills before moving onto a more dynamic body of water in the afternoon. Our afternoon will be spent on Howe Sound where we will focus on self and group safety and rescue, decision making, and bringing our flatwater skill set into more dynamic conditions while enjoying the beauty of Howe Sound. This is a highly recommended course for those looking to be successful in their upcoming flatwater instructor courses.
