A question I get asked quite often, especially when clients are packing for our standup paddleboarding trips to Belize  is, "can I fly with my inflatable PFD?"

As a side note, a couple of PFD's that we really like for standup paddleboarding and promote at Norm Hann Expeditions is the Mustang Khimera Dual Floatation PFD and the Essentialist Inflatable Belt Pack. I wear have worn the Khimera for years and I love the simple, low profile design. I also use the Essentialist Belt Pack when I am training, down winding or paddling on our trips in Belize.
